Job Summary: Aetrex is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive the growth of our brand online. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive e-commerce sales, and enhance customer engagement across all digital channels. This role reports to the VP of E-commerce & Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Aetrex's business goals and objectives.
  • Identify key digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to enhance Aetrex's online presence and competitive advantage.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Ensure campaigns are data-driven, performance-focused, and aligned with overall marketing strategy.
  1. Content and Social Media Management:
  • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging and relevant content for Aetrex's digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Develop and manage the social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers.
  1. SEO and SEM:
  • Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance user experience.
  • Manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid search initiatives, to maximize ROI.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.
  1. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  1. Vendor and Agency Management:
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Experience with e-commerce and driving online sales growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for the footwear industry and a commitment to Aetrex's mission.

The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
