Conducts informational training sessions with groups of various sizes & backgrounds. Data Management & Analysis: Research & compile information to support ad-hoc operational projects & initiatives. Synthesizes & analyzes data & provides detailed summaries including graphical data presentations illustrating trends & recommending practical options or solutions while considering the impact on business strategy & supporting leadership decision-making. Leverages program & operational data & measurements to define & demonstrate progress, ROI & impacts. Develops & monitors data analysis & reporting systems & communication tools. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, state & local laws/regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of Conduct, as well as other policies & procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical & professional behavior. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Health Informatics or related discipline required OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of Health Informatics with at least five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in Health Informatics OR related role and experience with clinical information systems and health information technology. Advanced understanding of clinical treatment modalities, educational principles, clinical information systems, accreditation and regulatory standards, and program development Additional Qualifications (nice to have) Certification from a national informatics certifying body preferred. Fellowship, academic courses, or other formal training in Health Informatics preferred. Master’s Degree in Health Informatics or related discipline preferred.
