As the Digital Progress Manager - 4.0 Leader, you will play a key role in driving our digital transformation journey. You will have the unique opportunity to lead and shape our digital initiatives, working closely with teams from various departments to ensure flawless execution and successful implementation of our digital strategy. This is not your ordinary Engineering role - it is a chance to be part of something exceptional

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of our digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to understand digital needs and find areas for enhancement.
  • Drive the implementation of digital solutions and technologies, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance
  • Oversee the integration of digital tools and systems, optimizing efficiency and productivity across the organization
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks, finding innovative solutions to ensure project success
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in digital technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Engineering role, with a proven track record of successfully implementing digital initiatives
  • Extensive knowledge of digital tools and systems, along with a thorough understanding of widely accepted approaches in the industry
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet strict deadlines
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to determine root causes and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
