Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of paid tax experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
  • Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
  • Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Dedicated hardwired internet connection meeting security criteria.
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with tax preparation using Intuit TurboTax products.
  • Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and manage product/software inquiries.
  • Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers.
  • Interact with customers through video communication software and maintain accurate records of interactions.
