Tax Accountant Position Overview:
As a Tax Accountant, you'll be at the heart of the Tax department's vital operations. From intricate Tax Accountant preparation to navigating acquisitions and global cash planning, this Tax Accountant role will be crucial in maintaining our financial integrity. Your dedication will ensure accurate Tax Accountant reporting while safeguarding our valuable Tax Accountant assets.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with external Tax Accountant advisors to prepare US consolidated federal, state, and local Tax returns, including related reports.
- Contribute to annual and quarterly GAAP ASC740 accounting for income taxes analysis as a Tax Accountant.
- Partner with Treasury and Legal teams on global cash planning and intercompany transactions as a Tax Accountant.
- Play a pivotal role in Tax Accountant aspects of acquisitions, both domestic and global.
- Assist in intercompany transfer pricing and associated documentation as a Tax Accountant.
- Provide expert advice on Tax Accountant liability matters.
- Review and assist in sales and use Tax Accountant returns and related reconciliations.
- Handle federal, state, and local Tax Accountant notices and correspondence.
- Participate in US federal and state Tax Accountant audits and resolve Tax Accountant disputes.
- Maintain meticulous Tax Accountant records and fixed asset tax depreciation records.
- Prepare income tax accruals for estimated payments as a Tax Accountant.
- Stay current with Tax Accountant law changes that impact the company.
- Undertake research on Tax Accountant regulations and deregulation.
- Execute other Tax Accountant related duties as required.

What You Bring to the Tax Accountant Position:
- Strong grasp of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as a Tax Accountant.
- Proficiency in complex Tax Accountant and accounting principles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, as a Tax Accountant.
- Effective time-management skills to juggle multiple Tax Accountant responsibilities.
- A knack for making impactful decisions that influence Tax Accountant work operations.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (required for a Tax Accountant).
- One to three years of relevant Tax Accountant experience.
- CPA certification or actively pursuing it (required for a Tax Accountant).

Tech Skills:
- Advanced: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) for a Tax Accountant.
- Intermediate: Microsoft Word, Teams for a Tax Accountant.
- Basic: Presentation/PowerPoint, Adobe for a Tax Accountant.
