How You Will Contribute:
As a Hayden Homes Regional Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing strategic marketing initiatives that generate traffic to communities while maintaining and upholding corporate branding and image standards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Regional Marketing Planning and Execution: Works with the marketing team to develop action plans to advance sales and marketing and communication objectives. Serves as the primary marketing contact for the entire region, coordinating with field sales personnel and corporate marketing as necessary.
- Community Management: Responsible for managing inventory home marketing, model home appearance, community launch processes, and community signage.
- Event Management and Sponsorships: Manages community-specific event planning, regional events, and identifies sponsorship opportunities for assigned region.
- Advertising and Brand Management: Manages regional media assets, maintains branding standards, and develops marketing material for the region.
You manage your time through planning and priority setting and hold yourself accountable for producing quality work within tight timeframes. You are capable of driving results through effective communication. You enjoy building relationships and collaborating with the team. You are good with following established processes and procedures, but you are also innovative and comfortable with creativity.

- Minimum of three years of marketing experience required. Experience in residential real estate or related field strongly preferred.
- Field support experience preferred.
- Experience managing budgets up to $500k preferred.
How You Will Be Rewarded:
Hayden Homes' compensation and benefits package consists of a competitive base salary between $58,000 and $73,000 per year along with quarterly bonus opportunities, generous health care coverage including medical, dental and vision benefits for team members and dependents, flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, a team member home purchase discount, accrued paid time off beginning at 3 weeks annually, 16 hours of volunteer time off, education reimbursement and career development opportunities.
