Kadlec Family Medicine Residency in Richland, Washington, is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine physician for a faculty position. As a faculty member, you will play a key role in shaping the careers of future physicians, making a positive impact on patient care, and contributing to the community's health and well-being. Our residency program is operated by Kadlec Regional Medical Center and affiliated with Providence Health and Services.



Responsibilities and Expectations


  • Provide clinical guidance and supervision to residents in a comprehensive family medicine setting
  • Participate in didactic sessions, including lectures, case discussions, and hands-on clinical training sessions, to foster a supportive learning environment
  • Collaborate with faculty members to enhance the residency program's educational quality through active teamwork and continuous improvement efforts
  • Engage in professional development to stay updated with the latest developments in family medicine and contribute to the program's growth
  • Participate in the interview process to contribute to the program's growth and interact with potential residents


Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is between $215,064 and $295,089 per year, with opportunities for productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
