Make appointments for Outpatient and Medication Management clinicians.

Ensure all initial paperwork is complete at the time of clients' first appointment.

Check Medicaid eligibility and consent packet, treatment plans and CCA expiration dates.

Take vital signs for all medication clinic clients at the time of their appointments and enter information into the electronic medical records system.

Accepting payments for client accounts and posting them into the EMR system.

Faxing and copying for directors, coordinators, and other senior staff.

Deliver faxed information to appropriate staff.

Pick up and drop off mail daily. Sort mail and deliver to appropriate staff.

Assist Access Coordinator with outpatient referrals.

Assist Human Resources, Accounting, and other administrative staff as needed.

Display professionalism in attitude and all areas of work, including co-worker and client relationships.

Display good communication and feedback within a team dynamic.

Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED required.

We are seeking someone who will accept scheduling and location flexibility.

Healthcare or medical office experience preferred.

CNA or MOA certification is highly desirable.

All employment contingent upon satisfactory results of background check and drug screening.
