PRN Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Serving Bellingham

Your Role as a PRN Behavioral Health RN
As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you’ll provide specialized care to patients in their homes, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and expertise. Your responsibilities include:

Conducting patient assessments to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.

Creating, evaluating, and updating individualized care plans.

Collaborating with the care team, patients, and families to deliver high-quality care.

Educating patients, families, and facility staff on behavioral health care principles, symptom management, and safety practices.

Supervising LPNs and Behavioral Health Aides to ensure quality care.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

RN Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN license in the state.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a clinical setting; experience in behavioral health, home health, or hospice is a plus.

Mobility: Ability to travel within the service area (up to 50%); reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance are required.

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.

Tech Skills: Familiarity with Homecare HomeBase software is a bonus.
