The Inside Sales Agent will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by handling both inbound and outbound sales calls. Additionally, they will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to current customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Sales Calls: Handle incoming sales inquiries from potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner. Identify customer needs, recommend products or services, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
  • Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively reach out to leads and prospects via phone to promote products or services, qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities. Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Customer Care Calls: Provide courteous and efficient support to existing customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to enhance their experience. Foster positive relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.
  • Daily Tasks: Perform routine administrative duties such as updating customer information, processing orders, and managing CRM databases. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales-related documentation and records.
  • System Alerts: Monitor system alerts and respond promptly to any issues or notifications. Troubleshoot technical problems as needed and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Qualifications:
