If you answered yes to any of these, please consider our Document Specialist roleThe Document Specialist initiates, incorporates and routes documents with understanding of regulations and internal processes pertaining to change control.Responsibilities:Strong data entry skills (ERP systems, MS Excel, MS Word)Ability to search ERP, external websites and shared file locations for certifications meeting requirementsAptitude for MS Excel and organizing & manipulating large data setsAbility to professionally contact and communicate with suppliers and customers via email and phone calls.Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple customer requests simultaneously.Ability to read and understand a Bill of Materials.Ability to learn and understand regulations and directives including EU ROHS, EU REACH, and Conflict Minerals such that customer requests and supplier responses can be interpreted accurately.
