We're hiring Beacon Hill has partnered with a growing non-profit in Chicago in hiring a Marketing Specialist to start immediately on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage social media platforms and create content that drives engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM software.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
