(BCI) is seeking candidates for the Database Specialist position. This position is tasked with gathering information from internal customers on their needs and engineering EHR software to meet those needs including: troubleshooting problems, implementing patches and updates, overseeing testing to ensure proper functioning, and documenting all aspects of the application for future upgrades and maintenance. [[Additional tasks include interpreting raw data and turning it into usable feedback and applications. Applicant is responsible for understanding clinical requirements in an operational healthcare setting and translating those requirements into formal specifications for products and services. Provides analysis of workflow processes and system design and recommends system enhancements and re-configurations to support end user workflow. Perform other duties as assigned.
