Location - On-site, Juno Beach, FL

Pay Rate - $35-40/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of data integrity across various datasets and systems.
  • Conduct data cleaning to address inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and duplications.
  • Reach out directly to colleagues to address data issues.
  • Develop and implement data quality rules, standards, and processes.
  • Collaborate with data owners, IT, and other stakeholders to align on data governance practices.
  • Use data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI) and techniques to identify patterns and trends.
  • Document data quality issues and the remediation actions taken.
  • Provide regular progress reports and data quality metrics to project leaders.
  • Support the development of automated scripts for data cleaning and validation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or a related role.
  • Strong skills in Excel.
  • Experience with data integrity and data cleaning processes.
  • Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality management principles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in energy industry is preferred.
