DESKTOP TECH I: 341 White Pond Dr. , Akron OH

• Provide technical leadership and support for PC Refresh technicians, including scheduling and monitoring PC Refreshes tickets. • Follow PC Refresh/IMAC Best Practice to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of the PC Refresh deployment process. • Assist with onboarding and training of new PC Refresh technicians. • Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool. • Present Refresh status/performance to management on a weekly basis

TOP 2 : Great Customer Service, Team Leadership Skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, such as Excell, PowerPoint and Word.

What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F) 7:30am-4:30pm. Overtime? No. On-call? No.

How many overall years of experience should this person have? 12 - 24 months. Do they need any specific certifications or education? Associate degree or equivalent, related experience.
