Training Coordinator

PPG is now hiring a Training Coordinator in Little Rock As the Training Coordinator, you have direct influence on the career growth of employees.

You will report to the Operations Manager. This shift will be from 8am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates, schedules, and administers enrollments for learning event.
  • Manage onboarding of new employees.
  • Verifies data accuracy and modifies employee learning plans and requirements in the system of record as required.
  • Ensures all course invitations and pre-work are distributed in advance and classes are prepared and properly equipped for each event per outlined requirements.
  • Maintains learner attendance rosters and participant history data in designated system of record.
  • Distributes and collects evaluations from learning event attendees.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in training, coordination or administrative support type function
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • High school Diploma or equivalent education degree required. Bachelor's degree in a relative field preferred.
  • Experience with employee leadership or management, coaching, employee engagement, and mentorship required.
  • Ability to manage processes, process change, and resource planning required.
  • Previous experience with Lean Methodology, process improvement, and 5S preferred.
  • Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
