About this role:

Pickle is on the hunt for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support the testing phase of our innovative unload robot. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of testing operations within our warehouse environment

What You'll Accomplish:
    • Responsibilities
Manage Outsourced Labor:
Coordinate and oversee the work of outsourced labor, providing clear instructions and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Warehouse Operations:
Operate a forklift to move boxes and pallets within the warehouse, following safety guidelines. Load trailers according to specific instructions, ensuring accurate and efficient loading processes. Maintain a clean and organized test environment.

Test Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing test scenarios, working closely with the engineering team. Collect and record data related to test performance, including metrics on speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Identify and report any issues or anomalies observed during testing Who You Are:
    • Proven experience in warehouse operations, including forklift operation.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Basic understanding of robotic systems and automation is preferred.
    • Active forklift operator certification.
    • Punctual, reliable and committed to excellence in everything you do.
    • An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy objects of approximately 60-70lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will be expected to work five days per week at our Charlestown facility at 425 Medford Street in Charlestown.
