The Customer Consultant will use inside sales strategies to drive sales and adoption of TCI's programs in targeted districts. This position will also focus on providing implementation support to districts already using TCI. As a Customer Consultant, you will:

  • Build relationships with educational decision-makers
  • Uncover district needs and match our products to district requirements
  • Promote and sell TCI's programs through customer meetings, product demonstrations, and virtual presentations
  • Conduct engaging virtual presentations for teacher committees, administrators, and pilot teachers, both in person and virtually
  • Support districts by conducting teacher orientations and training
  • Provide ongoing support to districts using TCI materials to ensure teacher satisfaction
  • Analyze district metrics to identify districts that need additional support and to diagnose what support is needed
  • Conduct regular health checks with districts to monitor implementation and identify new adoption opportunities.
  • Complete strategic call campaigns to generate leads and uncover adoptions
  • Review sales leads and conduct follow-up to qualify leads
  • Track sales and keep organized by utilizing Salesforce, Google Suite products, and other TCI tools
  • Attend professional conferences to raise awareness and identify new opportunities
Requirements
  • Want to make a difference in how teachers teach and students learn
  • Have experience using TCI materials in the classroom
  • Love to present and are a natural communicator
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maximize sales goals
  • Self-starter and organizational wizard working from your home office
  • Have experience as a social studies or science teacher in a school environment
  • Able to travel 10% of the time

*Must have reliable internet access to conduct presentations virtually.Pay Range: The pay range for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, job-related experience, and location. An annual bonus plan is provided as part of the compensation package.
