This is a trauma focused role, so candidates must have some high-acuity experience, including Emergency Room, ICU, or Corrections. Candidates who only have worked in private practice will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
Provides hospital-based crisis management and supportive brief counseling services to patients that present following a traumatic event and/or with a primary or secondary behavioral health concern in the emergency rooms and/or inpatient units. This position works in collaboration with the psychiatrist, psychiatric mid-levels and leadership to ensure immediate care needs are addressed and the appropriate interventions match the level of care recommendations for aftercare.
  • Salary range: $32-$40/hour, based on experience + shift differential
  • Mainly will be working with Adults
  • Assessments only
Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related Mental Health discipline
  • Three years of experience in the Mental Health field
  • Licensed as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
  • Active CPR certification
