Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect to lead the implementation of Contact Center IVR solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing IVR solutions for large-scale contact centers. Assessing the current hardware and software systems used in the contact center Identifying gaps in the technology infrastructure and recommending solutions, evaluating the feasibility of new technology solutions, developing a technology roadmap for the contact center transformation project. The Senior Technical Architect will work closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of IVR solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Contact Center IVR solutions for our clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design IVR solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure successful delivery of IVR solutions.
  • Develop technical specifications and design documents for IVR solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IVR solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging IVR technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing IVR solutions for large-scale contact centers.
  • Strong knowledge of IVR technologies, including USAN, Genesys, Avaya, and Cisco.
  • Experience with VoiceXML, CCXML, and Java programming languages.
  • Experience with speech recognition and natural language processing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations and call routing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
