Installment Dispatcher

Job Objective: Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of workers, vehicles, and equipment for installation, service, or emergency repairs. Dispatchers act as a vital link between clients and technicians, ensuring that clients receive timely service and that technicians have the necessary information to do their jobs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Prepare daily schedules and dispatch workers, vehicles, or equipment to the appropriate locations
  • Relay information to and from work crews, supervisors, and emergency personnel. Update clients on any changes, delays, or requirements.
  • Organize deployment strategies based on the urgency of requests and availability of field personnel.
  • Monitor the status of deliveries or services.
  • Record accurate information such as location and time. Compile statistics and reports on work progress.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual candidates preferred, but not required
  • Candidates must have consistent and reliable means of transportation
