Marketing Administrator
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in marketing, strong graphic design skills, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and assist in the execution of top-level marketing strategies. This role also includes supporting office duties and event coordination.
This job is based on internal customers and recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Design marketing collateral, including digital and print materials, adhering to brand guidelines, on an ad hoc basis.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, both in-office and external.
- Assist in administrative duties, including scheduling, reporting, and managing day-to-day operations of the marketing department.
- Maintain organizational efficiency and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Help manage social media accounts and digital marketing efforts as needed.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and ensure timely project delivery.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing).
- Experience with content creation and copywriting.
