Think Tell Junction is seeking an organized and proactive Entry-Level Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to executives and team leaders. This role involves handling day-to-day tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the organization. The ideal candidate is reliable, resourceful, and eager to grow within a dynamic team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks to support the executive's efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide support during meetings, including note-taking and follow-up on action items.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certifications is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
