This role will support objectives to provide creators with the content management, promotion and monetization capabilities they need to thrive in the rapidly evolving podcast landscape while also empowering them to share their stories, connect with listeners and grow their audience. The Principal PM will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, engineering, design/research, go-to-market, and marketing, to deliver impactful solutions for creator growth, engagement and success. Key initiatives will include, but not limited to, evaluation and implementation of strategic partnership opportunities, podcast video enablement, audience growth and discoverability, AI exploration, and centralized data and analytics for valuable insights. This role will be a key contributor to the continued acceleration of our podcast business. What you'll do: Owns the Podcast Creator Experience product area, leverages product metrics and business objectives to craft and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall mission and goals. Maintain awareness and knowledge of the creator economy virtuous cycle, podcast industry and digital advertising market, staying abreast of trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation and champion the needs and perspectives of creators to help them achieve their goals. What you'll need to do the job: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 12+ years in product management, preferably in the podcasting or digital content space. Experience with Content Management Systems or applications Demonstrated ability of product leadership in a cross functional environment, driving collaboration and accountability. Proactively makes correct trade-offs between scope & timing. Experience in workflow automation and development of innovative products for a diverse customer base. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $143,000 to $215,550 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
