DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess and analyze data within the ServiceNow repository, focusing on legacy systems.
  • Classify and categorize legacy systems and related data to facilitate analysis and reporting.
  • Identify trends within the data to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning.
  • Develop and recommend processes to enhance data quality and accuracy.
  • Create strategies for managing and mitigating technical debt across legacy systems.
  • Work closely with Solution and Enterprise Architects to align analysis with architectural goals.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • All other duties as assigned or directed.

FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Engineering and Business. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 12 Year (s) of Experience with Enterprise Architecture, data analysis, and technical debt management.
  • Proven experience with data analysis, data categorization, trend analysis, process improvement, and handling technical debt.
  • Strong skills in developing executive-level presentations and reports.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a track record of resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
