Summary:

The U.S. Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory (USAARL) Enroute Care Group is looking for a Subject Matter Expert to be a medical validator for the research team.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:
  • Serve as subject matter expert and provide industry best practice solutions.
  • Analyze complex problems and recommend, monitor, and execute best practice solutions to executive level management.
  • Conduct thorough validation and verification of medical data, research methodologies, and findings to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with established standards and protocols.
  • Analyze complex medical data sets, identify patterns, and validate results using statistical and analytical tools.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and validity of research data and findings.
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of related experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • An advanced degree, professional degree, professional licensure, and/or board certification from a recognized accrediting body in the desired field.
  • Currently possess an active Secret Security clearance.
