Additional Requirements: Three (3) years of experience must include: • Three (3) years of experience designing, developing and implementing Contact Center applications for IVR, routing, reporting and recording. • Three (3) years of experience with Genesys platform architecture, Genesys Framework, configuration management, Genesys callflow development, and Genesys Platform SDK. • Three (3) years of experience with Genesys Cloud. • Three (3) years of experience with Java and J2EE programming, web service and application development, database design and queries, shell scripting, and robotic automations. • Three (3) years of experience designing and developing custom solutions with Amazon Cloud platform and AWS services. • Three (3) years of experience with NodeJs and Python programming. • Three (3) years of experience with Agile development methodology and full project life cycle.
