Summary: First Horizon Bank is seeking a Director of Digital Strategy to join our Digital Banking team leading the transformation of our consumer and small business digital solutions. This individual will be a key leader responsible for shaping the future strategy, building a robust planning processes and overseeing digital measurement and analytics. As a digital key leader, you will ensuring seamless execution and alignment across the team, while fostering collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver digital innovation that enhances the customer experience. We are looking for someone who is customer-obsessed, with a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences and the ability to drive transformative efforts in a large organization. As a leader in financial services, this individual will have a strong understanding of the market and technology trends driving the future of digital banking. You will bring direct experience building digital experiences to acquire new customers, drive engagement, and deepen customer relationships. In this role you will lead a team to build new solutions to solve customer problems, drive business outcomes and enable customers to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with business goals and the evolving needs of customers in the digital banking space. • Chief of Staff: Oversee team processes and ensure smooth execution of initiatives across the Digital Banking team. • Digital Analytics: Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of digital metrics to drive data-informed decisions. • Set clear OKRs to ensure product success and measurable business outcomes. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Technology, Business, and other departments to drive alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. • Planning: Lead the development and communication of multi-year digital plans. • Risk and Compliance: Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards and manage risks effectively. • Team Leadership: Manage and develop talent within the digital strategy team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Qualifications • 7-10+ years of management experience in strategy, consulting, or product management • 5+ years of managerial experience. • Experience in financial services preferred • Experience with digital strategy and / or digital product management • Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. • Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. • Strong customer focus and ability to translate insights into product vision. • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic plans • Ability to work with senior executives and align large teams around a strategic vision. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing stakeholders at all levels. • Experience working in regulated industries, especially financial services, preferred.
