Sales Engineer:
My client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality refractory products for industrial applications. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson at my client, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute to the success of a dynamic organization in the refractories industry.
Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to provide accurate forecasts and market insights.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote Capital Refractories' products.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range and communicate its value proposition effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the refractories industry or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive for results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Knowledge of refractories and industrial applications is a plus.
