Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's level degree required.
- 3 years Clinical experience
- 3 years Supervisory experience
- State license, active NBRC RRT and BLS required at time of hire. For new graduates only, must have State license and BLS at time of hire, and must obtain NBRC RRT within 6 months of hire date.

Job Summary
This position works with the Respiratory Clinical Program Manager, Team Coordinator, Respiratory Clinical Specialists and staff to develop, implements, and coordinate all administrative and patient care activities. This includes being responsible and accountable for daily operations of respiratory care on a twenty four hour basis, seven days a week. The manager serves as a mentor by role modeling a professional practice consistent with organizational goals, customer service, clinical effectiveness, and standards of care. Develops implements and monitors compliance to regulatory standards, unit capital budget and operating budget.Qualifications:
