Responsibilities (which may vary by client):
- Work in collaboration with the RN Case Manager to fulfill the defined patient-specific care plan
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure all patient needs are fully addressed
- Deliver high-quality skilled care to patients
- Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our EMR system
- Contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork

The Licensed Vocational Nurse works to ensure high-quality medical care and support for children with different healthcare needs.
