ABOUT THIS ROLE
This full-time position adheres to a Monday to Friday schedule, encompassing 40 hours per week, with participation in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation for enhanced support and accessibility.
As a Case Manager - Foster Care Specialist, your day commences with thorough preparation for scheduled visits with children and their biological parents. Throughout the day, you'll engage in pivotal discussions, providing indispensable support, guidance, and advocacy to families navigating the intricacies of foster care. Your duties will also include facilitating reunification efforts and helping with securing permanent placements and families through adoption or guardianship.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CASE MANAGER - FOSTER CARE SPECIALIST
- Must be 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree in social work, education, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in foster care or out-of-home care provision OR a Master's degree in a relevant field
- Licensure by DCFS or eligibility for licensure
- Completion of CARE and TCI training
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
