Daily Responsibilities
In the role of Social Work Case Manager, you will engage in impactful work as you navigate the complexities of human services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating the reunification of children with their biological families or guiding them towards adoption or guardianship.
- Conducting regular visits with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of necessary services.
- Maintaining thorough documentation and managing outcomes to promote positive results for those in your care.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, education, or a related field in human services.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in foster care or out-of-home care, or a master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Licensure by DCFS or eligibility for licensure.
- Willingness to complete necessary training programs.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
