Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Daily activities require an individual to be capable of handling both routine and complex troubleshooting activities: working in an office, and utilizing remote diagnostics. This is a front-line position that requires interaction with internal business areas and rotational on-call hours.

  • Daily activities require an individual to be capable of handling both routine and complex troubleshooting activities: working in an office and utilizing remote diagnostics.
  • Upgrading, migrating, and installing local workstations.
  • Desktop support - Microsoft Windows applications.
  • Creating and maintaining users accounts on multiple applications
  • Malware/Virus troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Assist with IT Support tickets, troubleshooting to issue resolution.
  • Configuring, deploying, migrating, patch deployment, and troubleshooting client PC’s, networking, printing, and related hardware and/or software issues.
  • Document and Maintain IT Inventory
  • This is a frontline position that requires interaction with internal business areas and rotational on-call hours.

Education and Experience
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Applicants working toward one of these degrees or applicants that have equivalent work experience WILL be considered.
  • Hands-on experience in a business environment is preferred not required.
  • Prior experience directly supporting customers on-site or remotely a plus, help desk.
  • Ideally, the candidate will also have hands-on experience with hosted services such as Exchange and Office products.
  • Good communication skills - with people and with writing service notes
  • Technology certifications are a PLUS, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.

Travel Requirements:
  • Travel to/from Service First locations may be required.
  • A valid Driver’s License is required.

Dress code: Business Casual with the option of jeans days.
