Responsibilities:
  • Processing new accounts, loans, and other member transactions. Handle telephone, online and other electronic communication platform inquiries and requests. Conduct these activities in accordance with Credit Union policies, goals and objectives established by the branch manager.
  • Counseling members to determine their financial needs.
  • Conducting loan interviews and obtaining previous credit history of member, as well as other pertinent data that could be used later.
  • Establish loans considering such factors as member's assets, liabilities, credit experience, and references based on FCU loan procedures.
  • Discussing loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates, and loan documentation in such a manner as to elicit a positive response from the member.
Qualifications

Qualification Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • One to three years of related experience and/or training
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Driver's License
