Join our team as a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist
We are seeking a compassionate speech language pathologist to provide in-home services to patients. As part of our team, you will evaluate, assess, and provide speech/language pathology services to improve patients' speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing. You will also participate in care coordination activities and discharge planning. In addition, you will have the opportunity to attend internal staff development programs and obtain continuing education as required.
Requirements:
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology
- Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist
- Current and unrestricted license
- Current CPR certification
- Good organizational and communication skills
