Key Responsibilities:
Operate assembly line machinery and equipment according to established procedures
Monitor the production line to ensure smooth operation and identify any issues
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Assist in the training of new employees as needed
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an assembly line operator or in a similar role
Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and precision
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
