W2 Case Manager/FEP

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary case manager for the W2 program, assisting individuals in assessing their needs and reaching self-sufficiency goals.
- Monitor program compliance through various reports.
- Motivate participants to complete components required for W2.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our systems for program tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate job readiness workshops.
- Associate degree and two or more years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to lead, facilitate, and conduct a group case management model.
- Ability to create and effectively use material that leads to the advancement of W2 participants.
- Must have the ability to adjust to frequent change in policy, reporting and program delivery.
- Ability to motivate and inspire participants to make positive changes.
- Make a meaningful impact: Help individuals in your community achieve personal, educational, and vocational success.
- Collaborative environment: Work alongside a dedicated team committed to empowering others.
- Professional growth: Access ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
- Competitive pay: minimum starting at $23.56/hr. Additional for direct experience beyond the minimum requirements, i.e., $25.07/hr for five additional years of experience. Plus, an additional $1/hr after completion of training plan
