As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving our marketing performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This position will also directly assist the SVP Marketing in gathering data to suggest efficiencies, gain insight into member behavior, revenue streams, the consolidation of systems, identify market trends, tracking, reporting to marketing and other internal partners.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in program reporting, analytics, and data feeds to enable targeted marketing, member lifetime value/growth opportunities, member loyalty, organizational improvement and assisting in communication of data analytics and research results.
- Develop marketing automation campaigns with digital channels and email communication.
- Aid with monthly and quarterly department and business reviews providing actionable insights to improve performance and member satisfaction.
- Develop, extract, execute and track programs involving current Core, MCIF & other systems.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience.
- Two years of experience in data analytics preferred.
- A current driver's license.
- Intermediate level of coding:
- Required: SQL/MySQL/PHP
- Preferred: PERL/VB Codecs/HTML/CCC/Macros
