We're looking for an agile and ambitious candidate who is effective in the qualities listed below, all within a rapidly growing environment.
Our ideal candidate is based near one of our central offices located in this job posting.
Job Description:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with both the sales team and Revature leadership to understand client needs and challenges in workforce transformation and talent acquisition.
- Design and present customized solutions that align with client goals and objectives, as well as Revature's value proposition and differentiators.
- Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, demos, and proofs of concept that showcase the benefits and features of Revature's solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
- Respond to technical and functional client queries and address any concerns or objections they may have.
- Conduct comprehensive product and market research to gain insights into the competitive landscape and customer preferences.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to Global Head, Solution Consulting on the status and performance of pre-sales activities.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, technology, or a related field strongly preferred.
- 10+ years demonstrated success in solution design, pre-sales, or consulting in the Technology Services/Products, Consulting, Workforce Transformation, or Talent Acquisition domain.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers at all levels.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities.
