Qualifications for Nurse Practitioners:
  • Active Illinois license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a current DEA certificate.
  • Full Practice Authority License for Illinois is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience in both medication management and therapy is essential.
