**Job Description: Program Therapist- Inpatient
The Program Therapist is responsible for conducting individual, couples, and family counseling sessions.
Clinical social work services will be delivered to assist patients in accessing therapeutic treatment skills to achieve optimal emotional health.
The role involves performing social services functions, guiding patients in accessing basic consultation, delivering specialized clinical social work services, crisis intervention, and conducting short-term and long-term therapy.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you must possess a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; and have strong clinical assessment skills preferred.
