Description:

JOB DUTIES
• End to end timeline creation and cross functional leadership to drive value to the business via the JJT portfolio (PMT)
• Updating the JIRA/Planner board for tasks, DRIs, deadlines and assigning the tasks to members of the team to aid in the project/operational tasks
• Accountable for the reliability/maintenance at the plant to reduce incidents and decrease the MTTR
• Cross functionally lead within JJT/business/MLL/L2/client to drive value to the business
• Lead the Site Team to drive operational/project priorities during Site Team calls
• Support ad hoc requests by leading the Site Team / other support / business teams
• Performs analysis, diagnosis, installation, and resolution of remote access technologies and associated problems.
• Performs analysis, diagnosis, coordination, and planning of horizontal network cable management processes including installation, moves, adds, changes, and repairs.
• Provides complex technical input to the IT team and assumes a supporting role in selecting and utilizing appropriate tools and techniques for timely service delivery.
• Works independently with little to no direct supervision in analysis, design, and implementation of solutions to fulfill business unit requirements.
• Acts as a technical liaison with user groups and other IT partners for systems support and implementation. Provides an effective interface among users, vendors, IT partners, and consultants in evaluating technical issues and products.
• Responsible for partnering with the business units supported to understand the business impact of support issues.
• Responsible for project analysis, design, coordination, and planning for all technical components of client related projects.
• Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
• Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
• Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
• Researching information as required.
• Demonstrates creativity and initiative in problem solving.
• Technical documentation of hardware/software additions or changes.

SKILLS NEEDED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Advanced ability to perform complex troubleshooting and analysis of PC hardware, PC operating systems, and office automation software, with expert level knowledge in at least one area of specialization.
• Intermediate knowledge of the Windows Server Operating System and the ability to perform domain related administrative tasks.
• Ability to handle client and customer issues tactfully and professionally
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Intermediate knowledge and understanding of LAN environments
• Intermediate knowledge of communication protocols
• Intermediate knowledge of PC-to-Mainframe access.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's in computer engineering, computer science, or related field
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
