Account Manager

Overview: Crosby Energy Services is seeking a proactive and dedicated Account Manager to oversee our West Texas operations in Kermit, TX. This role is critical in maintaining and growing our customer base, ensuring the highest level of service, and upholding our commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop new customer relationships.
- Conduct service calls to monitor employee performance, technical skills, and customer satisfaction.
- Standardize procedures to enhance efficiency in acquiring and managing accounts.
- Assist with personnel issues, including performance evaluations and distributing resumes to customers.
- Establish and report on customer leads weekly.
- Monitor operating expenses to reduce waste and unnecessary costs.
- Analyze regional statistical data, including safety, revenue, and service metrics.
- Maintain daily communication with customers to address any concerns or issues.
- Participate in incident investigations and follow up with employees involved in accidents.
- Attend customer safety meetings and promote safety awareness among employees.
- Prioritize customer job orders and manage employee turnover.
- Enforce company policies, including vehicle maintenance and cell phone usage.
- Assist in the movement of company vehicles for repairs when needed.
- 3-5 years proven experience in account management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
