Job Description

The Associate Account Manager is responsible for supporting Account Managers with Appcast clients. This role will build expertise in muti-channel recruitment marketing strategies and leverage this knowledge to build campaigns, investigate technical issues, and generate insights for clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate support to Account Managers for requests including but not limited to generating reports, responding to client inquiries, and monitoring client accounts.
  • Keep up to date with Appcast product enhancements, building and maintaining knowledge of how Appcast’s products provide value to clients.
  • Conduct media research and cross-company collaboration planning and executing media strategies.
  • Build campaigns, feeds and expansions within the Appcast platform.
  • Provide direct customer support to Appcast clients, escalating issues to Account Managers as needed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product and development teams to investigate bugs and technical issues, and solve for client facing issues while building technical understanding of Appcast’s product suite.

Qualifications

  • Possesses excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow up skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively and creatively to solve problems, approaching and maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset through resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate via multiple technical platforms (slack, Jira, Microsoft teams).
  • Ability to think critically, prioritize tasks, and Critical thinking
  • Ability to manage and prioritize own work, utilizing multi-tasking and critical thinking skills to navigate competing priorities
  • Tech savvy with interest in growing their knowledge base around technology products

Education and Experience

  • 1 or more years of work experience, preferably in an industry related account management and/or customer success role
  • Professional experience in the software industry in sales, account management or technical roles is highly valued but not required for this role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Travel Requirements

  • Travel requirements for this position include travel as needed to internal and external meetings. This may vary based on business needs and opportunities.
