MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in state of Florida
  • One year of current pediatric experience is preferred
  • Passion for creating change in the lives of children and their families
  • Steadfast commitment to ongoing growth and learning
  • Communication skills to connect with children and their families

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete all documentation for evaluations by the 5-business day deadline and 24 hours for SOAP note documentation
  • Teach and supervise patients and their families on physical therapy procedures and programs
  • Conduct patient care conferences to review progress
  • Participate in staff development activities and in-service training
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
