JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Kenosha County Division of Children and Family Services, a leader and innovator in child welfare, is seeking an experienced Social Worker/Case Manager who has a passion for improving the lives of children and families, strong organizational skills, sound decision making, the ability to work independently and with their team, and a commitment to achieving a safe permanent home for every child. This position reports to the Social Worker Supervisor. The Social Worker/Case Manager in the Ongoing Services Unit provides child protective services to children and families experiencing issues involving child abuse and neglect. Caseloads include both intact families and families who have children placed in foster care. This position assures child safety, improves child well-being, and enhances parent protective capacities in order to achieve a safe home.
