Maxim Healthcare in Hebron, OH is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Gallipolis, OH to work with patients in their own homes. Full time and Part-time positions are available with both pediatric and adult patients

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

  • On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

  • Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Ohio, where the LPN will practice.

  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

  • Current BLS card.

  • Licensed RNs will also be considered for this position
