LPN Homecare Opportunity

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes in Gallipolis, OH.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Requirements:
  • Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Ohio.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • Licensed RNs will also be considered for this position.
