Corporate Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
  • In the position of Business Development Analyst, individuals will demonstrate their leadership skills and quantitative mindset to support various business units/functions on both the day-to-day operations as well as longer-term strategic and cross-functional projects.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance and teams to develop and maintain an accurate demand forecast and production plan.
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and production capacity to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement S&OP metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review and adjust the S&OP plan as needed to meet changing business requirements.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure raw materials, finished goods, and transportation align with the S&OP plan.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the S&OP process and overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail, specifically in corrugated production processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Possess good communication skills, positive attitude, and demonstrates the ability to follow up when necessary.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, supply chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning or related field.
  • Experience in the corrugated industry ideal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
